Cadence Olivia Lee

We were originally scheduled for an induction on May 4th but when I saw my Dr. she decided to move my induction up to the 27th because of my high blood pressure, but I guess that was just too long to wait. My water broke around 7 am Tues morning and we headed out to the hospital at 9. The boy stayed with us for a while then his Auntie Erika came and picked him up and watched him for the night. Everything was going really well until I was dilated to a 6 which was when baby girl decided to breach. Our Dr. was not at all optimistic that she would be able to flip her so they got everything ready to bring me to the O.R. for a C-Section. They were able to flip her but as soon as she was positioned correctly her heart rate dropped and nurses started running in putting on their gloves, not something that an already emotionally crazy pregnant woman needs, but her heart rate finally evened out and the labor was able to go on. She was born, with the epidural worn off because of all the drama and it hurt A LOT, at 8:22 pm. She was 7 lbs 8 oz and 19 in long.

Isaac is with Nana and Papa for the week which helps so much but we are also excited for him to come home so that we can have our little family all together. This little girl has us wrapped around her little finger, and we already can't imagine our lives without her sweet face.

Easter

This year for Easter we went down to Delta for 25 cent hotdogs and an Easter Egg Hunt for the kids. It was a lot of fun, and the kids all had a blast. Here are a few pics.

5 Years Old

Let me start this blog by saying happy birthday to my dad. I love you so much and am so thankful that you are my father. I hope you had a wonderful day yesterday. Also, happy birthday to my bro-in-law Cade, hope you had a good day yesterday too.

So Saturday was my little boys 5th birthday. We had a great time at Chuck-E-Cheese with some of his cousins and aunties, and Nana and Papa. Thanks again for coming.

Here is the birthday boy. He had such a great time.

All his cousins, besides Zaylor, who were there.

Inside the ticket blaster. It was probably his favorite part of the party, he loved it.

I am so thankful for this little boy of mine. He is such a handful but I could not imagine my life without him in it. I am also so thankful for my family who drove up to Orem to come to his party. Isaac had so much fun with his cousins, thanks again for coming.

Birthday and Vegas

The 29th was my birthday and since we have basically no money, Brent got me these really good cookies. He probably would have given me flowers instead but I have told him that I would rather have treats instead since I can't smell, anyway, they were REALLY good cookies.

On to our trip to Vegas. These are the two new additions to the Lee family - the dark one is Lily and the lighter one is George.

Grandma and the boy playing guitar.

The boys of the Lee family.

Isaac and daddy in the pool, it was still pretty cold so Isaac just kinda walked around a bit.

He was really happy though.

Falling asleep with Grandma.

Here is Isaac just waking up from a nap with George.

Linda threw a little baby shower for me, it was only family, aunts and cousins, but it was really nice. We got some really good stuff.

It was a fun little trip though we did almost nothing the whole time, which is probably one of the reasons it was fun.

I am not sure if everyone has heard since I can't really call everyone but our due date is now May 4th instead of the 10th. We are getting really excited for her to get here, especially Isaac though he still will say 'I hope it will be a boy.'
